The packaging has no instructions apart from a few diagrams that are not very clear. If you haven't made a clip before then there is a right way to do it that takes minutes, try the wrong way and it won't work. after an hour of trying just about every combination except the right one, I went onto the internet and found a video showing "how simple it can be"

Less heavy duty than conventional jubilee clips, but perfectly adequate for job in hand....to secure 18cm diameter cloth bag filter inside a dust extractor. A single jubilee clip would have cost more, if you could get one large enough. Instructions rather sketchy, but success after a bit of trial and error.
