After having to rebuild the top end I changed out the filter system. This filter is the same type of filter used on heavy equipment and it does a great job on my RZR. -m-2008 POLARIS RANGER RZR 800--

I have owned two rzr an 08 & 10 and live in north Idaho where we have fine Mount St. Helens dust that took the rings out both machines had to be rebuilt before I finally got a ump filter system and have had no problems since best filter on the market for any machine Machine this part was bought for: 2010 POLARIS RANGER RZR 800

donaldson filters are used in the heavy equipment industry. they make catepillar filters. If caterpillar trusts them to protect a $350,000 engine so do I. Ive ran this setup for just about a year now in extremely dusty conditions. No dirt anywhere near the throttle body intake. Stock filter setup ruined my 09' rzr s motor in 1500 miles. rebuilt the motor and installed the ump kit, no problems.
